When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, your phone number if you give it, what your message is about, and your message.
Why we use it
To read and reply to your message.
Where it goes
The form sends your message to us by email. Our website provider, First Ideas Limited, keeps a copy of each form submission so a message is not lost if an email fails. The form's spam check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Cookies and maps
This website does not set cookies and has no analytics. The map on the Find us page is shown by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them, by phoning or emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
